The Ridge Church ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

  • Event, group, and volunteer sign-ups (name, email, and related details)

We do not collect payment or financial information directly. Giving is processed through Church Center (Planning Center), a separate platform. See their privacy policy for how they handle payment data.


A Note on Sensitive Information

Some of what you share with us (prayer requests, care and counseling requests, small group participation) is personal and sometimes sensitive. We treat it that way. Prayer and care requests are seen only by the team responsible for responding to them, not distributed broadly within the church or shared outside it.


How We Use Your Information We use the information you provide to:
  • Respond to messages, prayer requests, and care requests
  • Register you for events, groups, or volunteer teams
  • Communicate updates you've asked to receive
  • Improve this website and how we serve our church family online


We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We don't run ad tracking or retargeting on this site. The only outside use of site-visit data is basic analytics to understand how people find and use the site, which supports our SEO efforts, not advertising (see our Cookie Policy).


Who We Share Information With

We share information only where necessary to provide our services:

  • Church Center / Planning Center, for giving and event registration
  • Our email service provider, for newsletter and update communications
  • RightNow Media, if you request access to their video library


We don't share your information with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.


Information About Children

Our Kids ministry check-in process collects a child's name, age or grade, and a parent or guardian's contact information, so we can safely check children in and out of care each week. This information is used only for check-in, safety, and communicating with parents about their child's time with us. It is not used for any other purpose, and is not shared outside our Kids ministry team.


Your Choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. To do so, contact us using the information below.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
