Church Serving Magnolia Families

Magnolia families who want a church home in The Woodlands area have a welcoming option in The Ridge. We meet at 10801 Falconwing Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77381, between Gosling and Kuykendahl, near Falconwing Park. Magnolia lies west of The Woodlands, and many people in town already make the drive east for work, school and shopping.

Magnolia is a growing community, and new neighbors often tell us the hardest part of moving is finding people. A church should help with that. At The Ridge, we want you to feel known, not watched. You can come as you are, sit where you like, and take your time.

We are a non-denominational church, and our focus is Jesus, not a label. People who join us come from Baptist, Charismatic, Catholic and many other backgrounds, and what they have in common is a desire for honest teaching and real community.

Getting to The Ridge from Magnolia

Google Maps shows about 30 minutes from central Magnolia to the church. From Magnolia, make your way east toward The Woodlands and then to Gosling and Woodlands Parkway. Falconwing Drive sits between Gosling and Kuykendahl, near Falconwing Park, with access from I-45 and the Woodlands Parkway and Gosling intersection. Search 10801 Falconwing Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77381 in your phone for exact directions from your home.

If this is your first visit, leave a little extra time. You will be greeted at the door, shown where kids check-in is, and helped to find a seat.

Sundays at The Ridge, 9:00 and 11:00 AM

  • 9:00 AM: the earlier room, ideal for people who want the rest of the day free.
  • 11:00 AM: the full house, with the most energy.

Both are the same service, so you never have to wonder which one you are missing. Kids check-in opens before both.

Kids, Students and Small Groups

Ridge Kids runs during both services with age-specific teaching and consistent small group leaders, so your children will see familiar faces each week.

Ridge Students gives teenagers a place to belong, with teaching and friendships that carry through the week.

Small Groups meet around the area and are the easiest way to build friendships. If you are new to Magnolia or new to church altogether, a group gives you a short path from stranger to neighbor.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

  • A warm welcome at the door, with no name tag and no standing up.
  • Free coffee.
  • Fast, secure kids check-in.
  • Teaching rooted in Scripture that you can follow even if you have never opened a Bible.
  • No pressure and no awkward ask. The first conversation will not be about giving.

Want a head start? Tell us you are coming on Plan Your Visit and we will save you a seat.

Connect Beyond Sunday

Church is more than one hour on the weekend, and we want Magnolia families to know there are plenty of ways to belong during the week. The Ridge Church App lets you watch services live, catch up on archived messages, read the One-Year Bible, request prayer and find a small group, all from your phone. If you live a little farther out, that matters, because you can stay connected on the weeks you cannot make the drive.

When you are ready for a next step, our Next Steps page walks you through what comes after your first visit. First Steps is the place to start if you want to become part of the church family. Salvation and Baptism is there for anyone who has made a decision to follow Jesus and wants to take the next step. Care is available if you are walking through a hard season and need someone to pray with you or point you to help. Volunteer and Outreach are for people who want to serve the community alongside us.

You will also find free resources through RightNow Media, a library of video studies for individuals, families and groups. Whether you are in Magnolia or anywhere else in the area, these tools are there so that growing in faith does not depend on how close you live.

Is the Drive Worth It?

We hear this question from people who live outside The Woodlands, and it is a fair one. Our honest answer is that a church home is worth a little effort when it is the right fit. The Ridge offers two Sunday times so that you can choose the one that fits your family's schedule, a kids ministry with consistent leaders, and a team that wants to know your name. Visit once and decide for yourself. There is no commitment, and nobody will ask you to sign up for anything on your first Sunday.
