Church Serving Shenandoah and Oak Ridge North Families

If you live in Shenandoah or Oak Ridge North, The Ridge is a church close enough to call home. We meet at 10801 Falconwing Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77381, between Gosling and Kuykendahl, near Falconwing Park. Shenandoah and Oak Ridge North sit right beside The Woodlands, so the trip is a short one compared with most Sunday drives.

Shenandoah and Oak Ridge North are close neighbors of The Woodlands, which means a church home can be a few minutes away instead of a Sunday expedition. If you have been looking for a place to be known, not just counted, The Ridge is worth a visit. We are a non-denominational church, and our focus is Jesus, not a label.

Our people come from Baptist, Charismatic, Catholic and many other backgrounds. Most tell us they were looking for honest teaching and a place to simply be welcomed, and that is what we aim to be.

Getting to The Ridge from Shenandoah and Oak Ridge North

Plan on about 10 minutes from either community, based on Google Maps. Take I-45 toward The Woodlands, then head for Gosling and Woodlands Parkway. Falconwing Drive runs between Gosling and Kuykendahl, near Falconwing Park, and the church is at 10801 Falconwing Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77381. Drop that address into your phone and it will take you from your own driveway.

There is free parking on site, and someone from our team will point you toward the door. A short drive leaves time to arrive early on your first Sunday, find a seat and check in your kids without any rush.

Two Sunday Times, One Service

Every Sunday we meet at 9:00 and 11:00 AM. The service is the same, so you can choose by what suits your family.

  • 9:00 AM is the earlier room, which leaves the rest of your Sunday free.
  • 11:00 AM is the fuller room, with the most energy.

Kids check-in opens before each service, and nobody will ask you to stand, introduce yourself or fill out a stack of forms.

Kids, Students and Small Groups

Ridge Kids runs during both services, with age-specific teaching and the same small group leaders week after week. Your children get to know their leaders, and you get to know who is teaching them.

Ridge Students is a place for teenagers to belong, with real teaching and honest conversation, and it draws students from across the area.

Small Groups are where Sunday turns into friendship. If you are new to church or new to the area, a group is the quickest path from a face in the crowd to someone who is known. Browse them on our Small Groups page or ask a greeter on Sunday.

What Your First Visit Looks Like

  • A greeter at the door who is glad you came, with no name tag and no standing up.
  • Free coffee and room for your whole family.
  • Quick, secure check-in for kids.
  • Teaching from Scripture that is easy to follow.
  • No pressure, and no talk about giving.

Want us to expect you? Let us know on Plan Your Visit and we will save you a seat.

Stay Connected During the Week

The Ridge Church App puts services, archived messages, the One-Year Bible, prayer requests and small group sign-up on your phone, so you stay connected even when Sunday gets busy.

When you want to go further, Next Steps and First Steps explain how to become part of the church family. Salvation and Baptism is for anyone who has decided to follow Jesus, Care is there when life gets heavy, and Volunteer and Outreach give you ways to serve.

A Short Drive, a Warm Welcome

A church close to home gives you more of your morning for worship, coffee and conversation, and less of it for the road. Come once and see whether The Ridge fits. If it does, we would love to walk with you from there.
