Our home away from home for Refresh Retreat 2025 will be at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, TX. Friday night's session kicks off at the hotel at 5pm where we will gather in the lobby to leave together as a group for our first surprise of the weekend.  The retreat will conclude at 5 pm on Saturday, October 4th. The cost is $150.00 per person for the retreat only, covering dinner on Friday, breakfast on Saturday, and lunch on Saturday!
